Refund policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges, as all items are made-to-order specifically for you once your order is placed.
This means we cannot accept returns for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review all size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please email hello@digitalvibestudios.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are made-to-order and are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or personal preference.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order (such as damage, misprint, or incorrect item), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your claim and let you know if a refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
